How we handle personal data across the VistaIQ platform.
VistaIQ is operated by Vaikuntham Eruvar Soft-Tech Private Limited (CIN: U62013PN2026PTC253317), registered at Flat No B 2 - 1104 BERYL Apt, Kharadi, Vadgaon Sheri, Pune City, Pune - 411014, Maharashtra, India.
For guest and staff data held inside a resort's VistaIQ deployment, the resort or hotel group is the Data Fiduciary and VistaIQ acts as a Data Processor — we process that data only on the documented instructions of the customer, under a written data processing agreement. For enquiries made through this website, we act as the Data Fiduciary.
When you contact us or request a pilot, we collect the details you submit — typically name, organisation, email address and phone number — together with standard technical information such as IP address and browser type. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a pilot.
On behalf of our customers, the platform processes booking, billing, payment and operational records. The categories of personal data processed for each customer are agreed in that customer's data processing agreement.
Access is restricted to authenticated users, credentials are stored hashed, transport is encrypted, and payment callbacks are verified by cryptographic signature before being accepted. Approvals and financial verifications are recorded so that activity can be audited.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with sub-processors engaged to run the service — for example hosting and payment providers — and where required by law. Any sub-processor is bound to security obligations equivalent to our own.
Website enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Data processed on a customer's behalf is retained under that customer's instructions and returned or securely deleted on termination.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Where we act as a processor, we will route your request to the relevant resort or group.
